Sea Side Auto Body Shop provides professional auto body repair and restoration services, including but not limited to:
All estimates provided are based on the initial inspection of the vehicle and may change if additional repairs or damages are discovered during the repair process.
Prices for parts and labor are subject to fluctuations and availability. Customers will be informed of any price changes before repairs begin. We reserve the right to modify or refuse any estimate if deemed necessary.
Customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment to ensure service availability. Walk-in customers will be attended to based on availability.
A service agreement must be signed before any work begins on the vehicle.
Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicle before drop-off. Sea Side Auto Body Shop is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside.
Completed vehicles must be picked up within three (3) business days of notification. A storage fee may be charged for vehicles left beyond this period.
Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept:
Customers are responsible for any insurance deductibles or costs not covered by their policy. Late payment fees may apply to overdue invoices.
We work with most insurance providers to help facilitate the claims process. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand their insurance policy and coverage.
Any discrepancies or denied claims must be resolved directly between the customer and their insurance provider.
We offer a limited warranty on our repair services, covering workmanship and materials for a specified period (detailed at the time of service).
The warranty does not cover:
Customers must provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle and damages. To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow recommended maintenance and care guidelines.
Any concerns or issues regarding repairs must be reported within the warranty period for resolution.
Customers must provide at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits for special-order parts or custom work are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for completed services; however, we are committed to addressing any concerns regarding our workmanship.
Sea Side Auto Body Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
Customer information collected during transactions is kept confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication with our management team.
If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or legal channels as applicable by law.
